Storyline: Rangbaaz: The Bihar Chapter (2025) is a crime-political thriller film that often revolves around the rise and fall of a gangster-politician. The film centers around Vineet Kumar Singh’s character Haroon Shah Ali Baig, or “Saheb”, a local monster who starts out as a petty criminal, gradually takes over key political roles, and ends up as a part of a conflict between the popular leadership and the fearsome judiciary. The film is set against the backdrop of an ongoing social and political reality in the Indian state of Bihar—how money, fear, and influence combine to become power, and how that power can cast a shadow over people and justice. There are plenty of political intrigues, revenge, and betrayals as the story unfolds, telling the story of the consequences of breaking the rules and one man’s exploiting the loopholes in our social system.
